      Hello Sir! I’ve been watching your videos, hope you’re doing better and will get out on water enjoying. This is one of my first videos of testing before getting on propper trip 85miles down the river Wye in UK. This is one offew inflatable kayaks you can use your knees to control. I like Escape 1 but wanted it to be at least 5 kg lighter. when packed for multiday trips I add another 30kg ofequipment and food.

    I think it’s called low actually high brace. but I'm doing everything wrong. At both high/low brace technique is to slap water with paddle to get support and then hip snap back up. Pull up the knee what is going under water. It can be done only by dropping head towards the water in direction you're flipping. Head has to be last thing up. Try watching the slapping blade as you brace. Head drop, knee pull up motion. That's all it takes :)
