Mukushi Seeds Expanding Biofortification Reach in Zimbabwe

Seed is an important pre-requisite for translating any interest and demand for biofortified crops into actual adoption. To improve seed availability for biofortified crops, HarvestPlus under the UKAid funded the Zimbabwe livelihoods and Food Security Programme (LFSP) has been working with six seed companies, including Mukushi Seeds to promote the multiplication of vitamin A orange maize seed.
