Really wish this anime was known by more people. This is such a cute little romance anime and it oddly relaxes me. The opening along with the beautiful artwork and storyline really put me at ease. Truly a great anime to watch when I'm stressed from school or when I'm just looking for a short series to re-watch to keep me busy.
This is my favorite anime in the shojo genre. All the characters are built so well, and it feels real. The plot is not at all rushed, and you see a healthy development of relationships between all the characters. Shirayuki and Zen completely respect each other. Obi, even though he likes Shirayuki, knows where his loyalties lie. Shirayuki has a well rounded character and ability set, and she knows where her weaknesses lie and constantly betters herself, which influences the people around her to better themselves too. Everything the characters do is justified by their personality. Shirayuki is my favourite character, and I absolutely love how independent she is. She isn’t weak- I’ve seen so many shojo animes where the main girl has no talents except charisma I guess and needs to be protected by the male lead all the time (*cough**cough* Kotoko from Itazura na kiss*cough*). Shirayuki can take care of herself. In sticky situations, she logically thinks through where she is and finds a solution. She isn’t someone who doesn’t accept help either- if she needs it, she’ll ask, but she knows what she can do and does it. Now Zen- I think his character is just *chef’s kiss*. Most shojo anime portray the main guy as a cold stoic asshole or a popular playboy asshole. Zen in comparison is the epitome of a fairytale prince. He’s kind and responsible, he respects the people around him and cares for his subjects. He loves Shirayuki but he gives her her space and lets her grow as a person as she pleases. He never forces upon her anything she doesn’t want. And he knows his royal duty. Both Zen and Shirayuki are busy doing their own jobs in and out of the castle, so all their interactions are so precious. I will never shut up about how good this anime is so y’all need to WAKE TF UP and watch this masterpiece (also S3 please, thank you)

To be honest I’m not a hardcore romance anime fan, but I swear this series made me wanna have the two love interest fall in love with each other. The characters are memorable, the story line is simple yet executed perfectly. There’s a lot of cute moments between the two, it focuses on the actual relationship. In the second part of the story your heart will be aching to see them with each other again, I cried ngl. Give it a watch!!!

No high pitch highschool girls tsunderes kicking your balls, no yandere killing those around . Just a fun cast of appealing and cute characters that isn't irritating nor boring.
At the shot when Zen and Shirayuki are dancing, my heart just melts and I grin like an idiot. Having parents whom have a degree in Ballroom dancing, I've grown up with music and dancing around me all my life and I really love it when I see my ship dancing. . . . And actually dancing; not the deacon shuffle.

I really love this manga and anime. The name might be a bit corny, but it makes sense because in Japanese, it's Akagami no Shirayuki-hime. Akagami means "red hair", Shirayuki means "Snow White", and hime means "princess". So the title is Snow White with the Red Hair. ^_^
We can all believe that a season three will come out. You know why? Because even though it was originally planned for a single season (split into two parts, as we all watched it), if it gets popular enough, season three will be a thing. Recommend this to all your friends. Make TH-camrs talk about it. RACK UP A FUCKUS AND SEASON THREE WILL BE OURS!
I'm only here because of Saori Hayami. I can't even count how many of her roles that I absolutely loved. Then again though she seems to be in freaking everything like Yuki Kaiji(Eren Jaeger) and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka(Kirito). Like she's even in the new Boruto movie as Naruto's daughter.
I love the way Shirayuki does not force herself to zen ( not like other typical Fl in the historical type story that mostly useless, crying for attention and stubborn), she actually tries her best to make herself worthy as Zen (second prince) future companion and being useful for the country she lived in. also, she makes sure that she was worth in the eyes of the king (Izana). She learns, she working hard, she invents various things, she not egoistic to force Zen to always be with her, in fact, she always tries to be independent. I love Zen character too, working hard as a second prince to help his brother rule the country. He using his power to doing useless things. he knows how strong and smart Shirayuki is and believed in her, and also he believed that she could gain trust from other people. he has an ego but he's not egoistic. Same as Shirayuki he wants to prove himself to be a worthy prince for his country.
I watched both season 1 and 2 and i loved it. Its a fantastic show. I just wished that they would of shown Shirayuki and Zen get married😢. I wanted to finally see Shirayuki as the princess of Claraness (i might have spelled that wrong)😢😭

This was my first anime ever and it just hurts to know that I will never be able to get that same feeling while watching it for the first time. I've watched it many times but I wanna see it again, for the first time.
I was watched this, and I really enjoyed it. I just feel like like I can just let my stress away while watching this. 😊 I love the characters, music, animation, and I love how most of the "villains" since I never know what to call them actually grow to redeem themselves and become better which isn't something you see in a lot of anime. I also love all the ships it has. Zen and shirayuki are definitely my favorite, but I actually really like Obi and Shirayuki as well just because of how they are together.
