Great video! I too love townhouses, just purchased one a couple of months ago. Your item on blinds and not getting your mail are not specific to townhouses though. That could've been an issue in new single home builds as well.
Congratulations! I too went the townhouse route (well technically the duplex route) I didn't want to have to deal with a lot of exterior maintenance and it does bother me that my neighbors don't really use their garages lol.

@bettysmith4527 I can understand! I grew up doing a lot of yard work as a kid (mowing grass, raking leaves, trim trees, gardening, etc) and it will take up your entire weekend almost 👏🏽 every 👏🏽 weekend!
Not as much! In my apartment I could hear eevvverryyybody all the time - doors slamming, people talking, walking, or watching tv. In the townhouse I’ve heard my neighbors maybe two or three times in three years. It’s lovely 😊

OMG We did our own blinds with the trim and gos at Lowe’s too!! What a god send!! Who knew window coverings would be so expensive 🥵
