this is so interesting to see why others continue playing 🧐 yukki secretly became hoyoverse staff doing open question surveys 😂 let me add my reasons to your research papers haha i started playing for the characters and overall game design after seeing a xiao edit on tiktok, my starting goal was to just play, have fun and get xiao the day I started (I thought you could get whoever you wanted whenever you wanted 😅) now I play to work on building more characters and bc I like the lore in game a lot & I like exploring new areas and especially cooping with friends and random players. All in all I think the reason I still play genshin is bc it’s fun (even after finishing all quests & maxing out everything, there’s still more to do like building your characters or helping newer players)
