    Who would of thought there was a museum of towing!! Lol wow..very cool! Imma show my uncle this! Hes a tow guy..lol Great upload! Beautiful trucks!

    The 1947 gmc bubble nose in there our towing company owns that truck our company's name is Lanser Garage & Towing out of Wisconsin That is my great grandpa's truck (who is also a hall of fame member) my dad and grandpa also drove that truck

    This is the museum in Chattanooga??? It seems different if it is. I haven’t been there for quite some time. I love wreckers..even own a 51 REO wrecker that my dad bought new. Love the benches outside!

    49 cent gas was expensive. In the early 60's it was never over 25 cents and often in the high teens.

      It still is neat to know that Tow Trucks started in Chattanooga. We can add that to Moon Pies, and The first Bottling Plant for Coca Cola

      Andy's Journeys I operated a Foden 6 x 6 Wrecker 27 tonnes in weight. 12.5 ton crane and 25 ton rear winch. 10.5 ton front winch. Off road tyres. Was a beast.

      I didn't record one but I love that they have a ceremony every year for the inductees. It really is a great way to honor people in a job that's not very appreciated. Thank you for watching
