He needs that one dog not really a particular breed but the smart dog. My Grandpa Gibson says he only found 3 in his life. The dog that just knows what you're saying. He said he had one growing up if you sent him out for a cow or bull by name he brought it back. He would go close the gate when the kids forgot. Mom even had him guard the pie from kids and flies. Thought grandpa was pulling my leg till I found my dog. Never had to train him he just does what I say. My kid tried to smoke dog took the cigarette and put it out. Lost a kitten in the back yard asked him to find it he dug it out of the wood pile and brought it to me. Got a thousand stories like that. Just tell to be on the lookout when God puts a dog like that in his path or he will miss him or her and be grateful everyday because I am fighting to keep mine alive right now.

Lifting you and your dog in prayer. I had mine. She died three years ago on Monday. She was just exactly as you described. Someone dumped her in my neighborhood and she wandered into my backyard and refused to leave. She was a 100 pound pitbull and someone had cut her ears off so she looked ferocious which made it impossible for me to find a home for her. So she became mine. She was the best thing that’s ever happened to me. She was perfect and I’ll mourn for her for the rest of my life. Wishing you peace.

Sounds a lot like a border collie to me it's a fantastic breed
I grew up on a pig farm and we had a border collie as our family dog
We could play with him and sudenly he'd run off and we didn't know where to untill one day where my dad was doing some work in the stable and heard the well known scream from piglets who's mother had layed down ontop of them so he ran towards the screams to save the piglets only to see our dog barking at the sow so she'd get up
After that day we knew never to try stoping him because we knew he was running off to save piglets
The only downside was that every time the truck came to take the pigs to slaughter we'd have to lock him inside because he wouldn't let the driver step out the truck

I had a bluetick coonhound like this. I've had many dogs but she was a once-in-a-lifetime dog. I really miss her. I took a friend and her elderly, blind dog out for target archery and her dog wandered off. The dogs hadn't met before but I told my dog the other dog's name. My friend panicked when she couldn't find her dog so I told mine to go find him. It took her about 2 minutes and she came trotting back with him following.

I have mine now. He’s gotten me through the absolute worst parts of my life (so far) and saved my life several times. He naturally alerts to my seizures and just knew what to do. Although, we did have to refine his alert because the first few times he alerted he would bark like mad and headbutt me in the back of my knees to get me to the ground. We taught him to paw instead 😅
He just beat cancer and I really hope we have many more years left.

Our neighbor lost three steers and we helped recover two quickly. The third became a ghost, being spotted here and there in the area. We would see him and then he would disappear into the tree line before anyone could react to recover him. Finally, a year later, he had joined another herd on the other side of the creek and was brought home. They can be very difficult to find, even if they are very close.

It's so interesting to watch how you ( and by extension, the farmers) care for the cattle with hoof issues. You probably wouldn't have many subscribers if all you showed were the hundreds of cattle with perfectly healthy hooves that you trim daily.❤ PS put a couple of cows out in the field. Even bulls are curious, especially when there are cows around😊

Yep... I asked ages ago if you had a drone. I guess it was a rhetorical question, I knew you did. 😅 You all will be in the U.S. soon, if you aren't already. I hope you, Ashley, and the kiddos have a great time in Florida and in Tennessee. It will be much colder, but a lot more beautiful there! Loads of mountains... just beautiful. I hope you all enjoy both. 😊😊😊
    Good job, as always guys!

Front hoof lameness was easily observable from watching the head bobbing up and down quickly. Graham was behind the cow when moving to the crush but nothing was noticeable from the hoof touching the ground.

There should always be a picture-in-picture of the cow's face so we can see the girl's reactions - her honest, unedited reactions. I always want to know to what extent she might be handling any discomfort, but I really want to know what a cow looks like when experiencing that AHHH+goosebumps relief that we are all sharing with her!

These farmers are vital to their community. In a world full of over processed food, I admire farmers for taking very, very excellent care of their herds. Animals will hide their weakness. When you see it, in the wild, it is to protect their lives. Great job, farmers !
