- Tracy came to the Portland Retreat with the intention of healing a severe food allergy. Each day she had intense experiences of moving energy, along with mystical experiences and profound realizations. By the end of the week she felt so changed that she ate food she would normally have avoided, with no ill effects.

I have a procrastination issue, and I have been trying to get early for the pineal meditation, but haven't been able to get disciplined. Dr Joe studied people who did it at home before he started teaching these workshops. I believe he did it himself before he studied other cases of spontaneous healing. Keep going.
