Item Insanity is a switchup of Mario's Madness, it allows for many Item Asylum creations and creators to come together to celebrate not only Mario's Madness but also Item Asylum as a whole, though a full game is not in the works, the team makes cool art and covers made by whomever, from Canon IA, IA youtubers, and IA fanart, all come together to take on BF and GF from FNF, fight for your life with the wacky randomness that comes from this chaotic group.
Item Asylum is a randomizer game, filled to the brim with references and original ideas, from bottles and cats on leashes to guns and world ending magical spells, all references are welcome here, can you survive with the loadouts you are given? You may be surprised by what combos would be present in this game
