615 Briarwood Circle (Drury Plaza Hotel) Resident Participation meeting of September 19, 2024

This is my recording of a resident participation meeting held on September 19, 2024 to review a proposed Drury Plaza Hotel at 615 Briarwood Circle in Ann Arbor. The meeting was led by local architect J Bradley Moore and the developer Drury Development.
From the meeting notice:
The proposed development includes demolition of a single-story 16,000 sf building for construction of a new hotel. The proposed seven-story building is roughly 107,000 sf in size and will include 180 guest rooms. The associated utility and storm water management infrastructure, parking, and landscaping are also proposed. Site access is proposed from two locations on Briarwood Circle. The proposed project may seek variances from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
