Davao is a great City. Apart from delicious fruits it offers and the amenities of living in city such as big malls, it is also the best place where it can be your home base/ground, and when you get get tired looking at the city you can easily explore other places just a drive away like digos for mountain view (probably one of the best view for Mt. Apo) if you want short travel as well, plus samal island. Or you can go to davao de oro ( Mati for example) for fine sands beaches. Davao de Oro has beautiful beaches. You can also explore bukidnon and general santos city. Davao is really a great place to stay if you like to travel with budget 😁
Those traditional houses in Magsaysay Park are the sample houses of the 11 tribes lived in the Davao. that is why Davao people knows how to adapt and blend well with the different kinds of culture and beliefs because we are home of 11 different tribes. It's a safe place too for the students to practice their school dance / musical presentations. Also, the city is so clean thanks to our very hardworking city street cleaners. They always make sure to clean and sweep even the tiniest candy wrapper in the street. We are really grateful for them for making the city clean day and night. Lastly, I really appreciate how close and sweet your family bonds. Such a wonderful and sweet family. May God bless you always.

if you're planning to live in davao, dont worry about the school's. there are many international School's in davao. and you can enjoy your night life activities cuz its safe to roam around the city and its nearby town capital's. and if you want to go hike you can go or visit eden forest resort or climb at tagurano hike spots💯

I'm not Lucky to live where im in now it's big difference,my province and my city there are many thieves in the public treasury mostly government officials 😂 We Filipino love to live in Davao and local here are so lucky that they have a good government officials like Former Mayor of Davao and President Mr.Rodrigo Duterte ❤ i wish all of the Government officials become Duterte's mindset..so we can live peacefully 😅 (maybe my comment didn't hurt or insult to my fellow Filipino's but this is the true,the darkest life of us)😂
try to visit philippine eagle sanctuary in malagos, davao city . stay safe. actually im from davao. Lot of koreans loves to stay here in davao.. not just the place but also the people..
When you live in Davao city and if you are from Cebu city, you will be amazed by the triple wider the roads and highways if you compare it to Cebu. You will feel as if you are in USA or in a foreign country. Downtown area specifically Claveria street has no spaghetti wires because all wirings are kept underground.
Since you are in Davao, if you have time consider visiting the Philippine Eagle Center in Davao del Norte. I haven't been there but I've seen the place in TH-cam. I always watch your channel.
You can live in solariega or gulfview executive homes (way cheaper) .. There are soany nice houses for rent in gulfview :) it's the housing very near the entrance of coastal road
In MM there are many shanties who closes vacant lots side by side with strong structures. And they have the guts to loitering their trash and garbage around dahil mahirap lang daw sila 🤨🙄 I can see from here, away from downtown center, davao have some well-crafted houses with materials of bamboo and nipa within a wide lot or yard. And Davao is so urban infra development ready because of its wide open or vacant areas. These are the best way to behave..to help. If cant find a nearby trash bins, have to pocket trash temporarily until finding one .
GROWTHNESS IN TERMS OF INFRASTRUCTURE IS NICE BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE BAD TOO CAUSE IT'S GETTING HOT AND HOT BECAUSE TREES ARE GETTING CUT SO HOPEFULLY THEY WILL PALNT TREES BESIDE ROAD❤❤
