When I was in Morocco our guide recommended this dish for me as the best dish in Moroccan cusine I was sceptical about that because everything what I eat was so unic and mouthwatering but my first bite tell me what this dish it is the best of the best, and after do many years I still remember the tasty, heavenly aromatic pie. I will try to cook it now. Thank you for this recipe.
A Moroccan friend taught me how to make B'Stila years ago and watching your video steps through her kitchen all over again. Thank you for the wonderful video and I look forward to learning more of your cooking. One question, when I either cook down or drain the eggs to dry, the filling itself can be somewhat more dry/mealy than I remember. Any suggestions or am I misremembering the consistency of the target filling?
I think we had ground beef or lamb but it was made this way ... my mom was a belly dancer and we went to see dancers and we had this ... it was sooo delicious!!!
Can we freeze it? Would it taste any good if we reheat it again or should we just make and eat fresh? Thank you. We have eaten it once a long time ago in a London restaurant and now my husband wants this for eid.
I have watched 5 videos on how to make this. Your video is the best by far !!!
I agree
I've had this before and it's one of the best dishes I've ever eaten, ever.

You can freeze it in a container before cooking
Once prepared can I put back into refrigerator until dinner time to bake?
