How do you set up the pump attachments and which chamber do you put the bio block in? Do you unwrap it and only put in one? I can’t find instructions anywhere!
Hi great questions. I will put out a video on all of these questions as soon as I receive some of the other accessories. So to answer your questions: Unwrap the bio blocks. They go side by side in either: The optional medial tower that replaces the sponge block or in the middle chamber. Please see the pictures here and that should help you out somewhat: natureaquariums.com/collections/uns-aio-all-in-one-dual-use-aquariums-fresh-and-marine
Great to hear. So the oscillator nozzle is an early development nozzle which will be an accessory in the future. It should rotate the flow as water runs. I just use the regular nozzle. You can adjust the flow by adjusting the intake guard on the pump
Maybe I am confused, but if I understand correctly, when you do a water change and maintenance with the white AIO, do the 2 areas drain simultaneously or do you need to drain the filter area separately from the scaped area? Same thing when filling the tank....?? Thanks! Nancy
Hi Nancy thanks for watching. You treat the tank like any other doing your 15% w/c vacuuming the main display tank. When you fill it back up to the bottom of the drain holes and start up the tank the water circulates throughout. Think of the back chamber like a giant hang on the back filter.
Are you still planning to do another video on UNS AIO accessories? I have more questions for that video - with the tower do you use both the sponges that come with the tower for freshwater? How to set water flow setting and flow speed for freshwater? I wish the tank and accessories came with instructions to help beginners. Thanks for all your help!
Yes. Actually we are filming today more videos on the accessories. Email me your questions Hello@natureaquariums.com And I will answer them quickly for you.
Hello I’m planning to get this for my Beta . I seen u mention the current is quite strong . Have you came up with a solution? One more question if I may . I am a bit confused when adding Co2. Does the air pump attachment still clean the water ?
Hi. I would not recommend these all in ones for bettas. I would go with a regular UNS tank and one of the mighty filters. I don’t understand your question on CO2. What air pump attachment are you referring to? Thanks
@@natureaquariumsusa @8:50 Sorry I was referring to the outflow pipe/pump. Is this was is this “releasing” the water from the chambers? Or simply for circulation ? Thanks !
This is a closed system. So water goes into the back chamber on the left goes into the middle chamber where your biological media is then into the return pump chamber back into the tank.
I appreciate your time and apologize for my ignorance, I am quite the novice 😅. Is the return pump the the last chamber u showed? How is it used as a return pump/ outflow and co2 diffuser
Hi. So these tanks are have the filter built in. It circulates the water through the tank and into the filter chambers in the back. Like I said not good for bettas because they are too powerful and even when you slow them down it’s not the best type for bettas. Something like this is better for bettas because it uses a slow pump natureaquariums.com/products/fluval-premium-betta-kit-10-l-26-us-gal
Hi. The pumps do not hum. They are small and efficient. The only noise you will ever hear is when the water level gets too low and it’s sucking air. Otherwise they are completely silent
You are very welcome. We ship them nationwide if you are ever in the market natureaquariums.com/collections/uns-aio-all-in-one-dual-use-aquariums-fresh-and-marine Thank you for supporting our channel!
Nice videos! I am interested in the 40A model but what light is available to clip on? Also is there a glass top that can be used to slow evaporation? Please let me know. Thanks!!
Yes the Kessil mount works great. We use a Kessil a160 and there is a glass top. Links below natureaquariums.com/products/uns-dual-aio-tank-lid-with-plastic-clips
Thank you so much!! I appreciate your quick response! I plan to have a planted / shrimp set up. Is there a clip on light that wouldn’t be overkill by comparison?
Any chance you know if this is the 13mm (medium) or 17mm (large) Aquario Neo Mixer & Outlet? I have a UNS 30A and want to add Neo CO2 but not sure which size to choose.
I purchased the 30A when it was delivered, I heard FedEx plop it heavily on the porch. The tank is fine, but the back lid is shattered. I really don’t want to return the whole tank, is it possible to purchase a replacement lid for it?
On the white AIO, I wonder about the evaporation factor--I'm in New England and top off my rimless nano tanks like twice a week mainly for aesthetic reasons as my filters are exterior canisters. With this little tank, how much can the filter compartment water level drop before you would have some serious problems? Thanks for your thoughts :)
So the great thing about all in ones is that they maintain the water level in the main display section consistent. At the store we can go about 4 days.
Is the water level in the back chamber different to the level you see in the front ? And on the white AIO, is the white glass totally blocking seeing any of the back chamber equipment?
Hi. Yes. So these all in ones act like a sump/tank setup. So the main display area always keeps the same water level. The evaporation will lower the water on the back chamber. The dual AIO have a glass non see through back wall. The fresh AIO have an acrylic white non see through back wall.
It is very quiet but the flow is strong. I am working on a valve solution for it. We have one at the store. I am sourcing the correct valve to try it out
Yes, because it allows it to skim and for sloping the substrate high up. I have used designs with bottom intakes and they cannot use the first chamber as a filter. This actually works quite well. There is plenty of circulation. We have two of these running at the store a FW and SW. both with extensive rock work along the bottom.
Great review! Nice job going through everything for folks!
Thank you!
Very cool line of tanks. Can't wait to see them in your store (and probably leave with one 🙂).

I wonder if the pump is strong enough on the 90L to circulate it. 🤔 if it is I would get one haha
it is to circulate, but if you are looking for wave action, you will still need something like a nero 3.

Cleans very easily. Scratches shouldn’t be that big of an issue because it’s not see through
