I love these affirmations. I find that as I age, I take surprises that years ago would have caused discomfort and now I flip the response to something like Oh, this might be an interesting project to add to my experience
ahhh, yes indeed, the power of observing our own thoughts without judgement, and being able in the moment to adjust the story we want to write, as we choose. Flipping the script when necessary!! ✨👐✨
