I think she was angry someone without a real passion for show bizz had such a gift. But at the same time she wanted to give her a bit of stress during her performance, showing her what it would be like in the long run if this was gonna be something she wanted. At the end of the day, its like any job, you have to really want it and be willing to pay the price some professions have.

And her husband had to push her to help give her the drive to do it, because she didn’t think she was that good and she was happy just being a mom. RIP Loretta. Also RIP Amy. I didn't see all of this audition so I'm only throwing out a theory like spaghetti at a wall. Sometimes people don't let themselves dream of what they truly want deep down, because something in their life made them believe it wasn't possible, and in those cases... even considering that dream is painful. So, try not to be so quick to hate on someone or put them down simply because they haven't let themselves dream yet. She wouldn't be able to sing like that if she doesn't love to sing, and if she doesn't have the heart to be a performer, she won't make it to the Lives. The people who will make it, are going to make it through the audition round with or without her there.

People not realizing how hard it is for someone to have to judge these contestants and choose only a few from the so so many. Katy did her job and she brought out the best of her.
She sounds amazing and what a personality! She would make a great SNL player. They could use a life boat like her about now. Don't give up on your aspirations and talents just to appease your husband or whoever. Lots and lots of moms have performing gigs and are still loyal and loving to their kids..
Sara is right here on YT and Facebook and most social media and she's absolutely great. I've talked to her on Facebook actually. She still has that sweet demeanor and is just an amazing singer now. So confident in her voice now and she can really belt it out. She gives me Janis Joplin shivers sometimes and when she does a Janis song like Me and Bobby McGee, it's uncanny. She's actually better than Janis was, she has more power and clarity. Sara has a very powerful voice, she just needed the confidence.
