Rahat is a very bad cook, she talks a lot and that too trying to create humour, but its not entertaining. she misses most spices leaving it to the imagination of the viewers. this recipe is too stupid. she should not have mixed it with lungs. putting salt in the beginning hardens kaleji. it has to be marinated in unpeeled garlic and placed in the fridge for 30 mins. after that wash the kaleji and put 2 tbs of vinegar when you cook just discard the vinegar and follow the normal cooking method, don't add salt initially, add it just before you serve.
