My Bestie just lost her cat fur baby of 19 years & we were @ Walmart in the pet aisle ( she still has 2 younger cats) picking up canned cat food when she picked up a can of "Mr. Pooh Bear"'s favorite food. She broke down & started balling. As I told her he was a very big part of her life for over 19 years. It's going to take time. And when you do have a moment, just go with the flow & stop being so hard on yourself.
