@salvationcitytv8075 The AG is neither a witness nor an accused. He is the prosecutor. Why must he take the witness box? People should wise up and wane themselves from their gullibility and the propaganda by the NDC law neophytes. Ask Jakpa' lawyers to tell us why they can't force or ask the judge to get the AG in the dock. The AG simply isn't the one on trial, and neither is he a witness. The judge has told everyone she doesn't have jurisdiction over the accusation of professional misconduct the NDC and their brainless lawyers are selling in the propaganda gallery. The AG is the court to prosecute the accused for the crime of willfully causing financial loss to the state, not to defend himself against any accusations.

The Judge couldn't have listened to the tape to come to the conclusion that she didn't hear the AG say anything to suggest he was pressuring Jakpa to witness against Ato Forson if she had not admitted the tape into evidence.?

The AG doesn't need to substantiate anything on the tape pieced together for Jakpa and their propaganda press conference. The Judge has already spoken clearly about her opinion on the tape. She said she listened to the tape 10 times and did not hear anywhere that the AG said anything to pressure him to witness against Ato Forson. The NDC don't learn

@@JOHNSAGOE-sh7ue my brother ambulances that were supposed to be in Ghana before payment and it was supposed to be 50 ambulances on first tranche yet 30 came, with these 30 minister of health then said it was fit for purpose, that was in 2014 to 2 years later NDC existed out of power, if it was fit for purpose n Ghana had few ambulances in operations why didn't they commission it in 2 years in power? Why'd the pay for 50 ambulances been 2.1m euros as 25% while only 30 ambulances came in? Who authorized such payment, was big sea part of parliamentary approval? Was Jakpa supposed to earn 700,000euros from the 2.1m euros as he disclosed yesterday in court? If yes then did big sea received 14.1m euros to bring in 30 ambulances instead of 50.
