Their collection is good but nobody attends the phone for online customers. For past one month I'm sending them constant messages and calls but no response. Last year I had purchased but then after that no response from their side
Yes, I've had the same experience with them. They gave me appointments and when I called them at the said time, they would ask me to wait and never got back. It happened a few times and then I gave up. A lot of talking and no action.

मन्सूर भाईकी सब बातें पहले जेन्युइन लगती थी. अब नहीं लगती. 6 महीने से ज्यादा हो गए मेरी तो कंप्लेंट अभी तक इग्नोर कर रहे हैं. न ही इन्होने मैसेज किया मुझे. हर साड़ी पे बोलते हैं के लेबर बहुत कॉस्टली है जबकि लेबर ये लोग बहुत कम देते हैं.

They are not selling it at factory prices...I saw the videos and went there but prices are much more costly than other branded shops like Taj silk estate...I request you to not go there.
