Only example of such and thing happening irl I’ve seen is with my brother. But so far I’ve seen is that either parents if they’re shit they’re just shit all around to all kids. Sometimes they may pretend to be kind to one of the kids but it’s usually dependent on their mood. Aside from that it’s almost always the black sheep of the family suffering from being cancelled

I'm not sure but givem what i understood she started using her powers a lot as a child and because of that evenif she decided to never use her powers again her senses would slowly go away but since she used her powers twice(at the part where she was going to be atacked by that guy searching for revenge she also used a lot to help knoxs at the espedition) witch isn't allowed because of the consequences her senses started going away a little faster then it should (sorry for grammar mistakes english isn't my first motherly language )

@@book_worm3 The way i invasion this is its like a dam.
Each use lowers the barriers temporarily lowering the water, making her exausted, but then it goes back up meaning no permanant damage.
By the time the damage is done its like a crack in that dam its gonna keep leaking water and getting bigger and bigger till it all collapses even if they don't lower the dam ever again because the damage is already done letting the vitality out.
