How long did it take you guys to do this leg of the journey? I'm planning a trip later this month, and really want to go out to refuge, but may end up doing roaring meg instead because it's closer.

7-8hr walk. Definitely worth it. We had time for lunch and swims in between. We recommend 2 days so you have a full day at Refuge coz it’s paradise!
