- Sanctions imposed on Russia by the USA have significantly tightened the trade relationship between Russia and China, leading to a decline in China's imports from the U.S. and impacting the U.S. economy. The US economy will depend more and more on the weapon industries. Probably eventually that's the only manufacturing industry that can survive. Other manufacturing will all be transferred to the BRICS countries. In the future, the labor cost will not be the only determinant, but the skill level in the US will also diminish after a long period of absence in manufacturing activities. The experienced workers are getting old while the young ones don't have the opportunities to get the training.
