Very interesting, thank you. At 16:21 you mention that in 1953 Prince Alfred became very ill with measles - this should be 1853. Also, at 19:03, you mention the 9th of December 1891, towards the end of Albert’s horrible year, when his doctor formally diagnosed him with typhoid fever. This should be 1861.
You continue to make such high quality videos, but you also continue to ignore your loyal subscribers who repeatedly question your titles which always use “Horrific”, a complete mischaracterization of the deaths you profile. Such titles are rightfully known as “clickbait”-and this is so unnecessary. Your good video quality makes this unnecessary. I’m going to unsubscribe because I’m disappointed in your continued use of a tactic that is beneath you.
I've often wondered if Albert might've actually had an autoimmune disease like Chron's, Ehlers-Danlos, Celiac, Lyme Disease, POTS, etc. and wasn't actually a Hypochondriac. I had severe fatigue up until I realized that red meat no longer was good for my body (I had IgG/IgA antibodies from it, and it was causing severe fatigue, inflammation, and joint pain, once I cut it out of my diet a few years ago my severe fatigue all but disappeared within a few months). When those of us with autoimmune diseases have flare-ups they often come with depression and anxiety.
I developed a hyperactive thyroid, and I have type 2 diabetes, which also affects my stomach from time to time. And yes, I suffer from both depression & anxiety along with severe mood swings. Not fun.
I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Chiara Malformation scoliosis and a stretch and tethered spinal cord. I'm in alot of pain everyday. I am 54 years old still trying to managed as Dr's won't help me with pain relief because of the opoid epidemic which isn't fair to some who do not abuse
Are we sure this was a HORRIFIC death for Queen Victoria? I would categorize it as a normal death due to old age and stroke. And I’m not sure Prince Albert’s death was horrific either. He was sickly in general, then got sick and died. There’s more of a case for horrific for Albert, but even that is thin debate.
Selfish person unlike her husband Albert who cared about poverty & the poor. Her eldest son & heir Edward Also cared for the working classes when he became king in 1901 upon his Mothers death.
Not horrific for Victoria. She was obese for many years and overindulgence of food and alcohol finally took their natural toll. She was 81. Ripe old age especially. For that time.
@@K.Ginger-Rogers that and she falsely accused a poor girl then shamed the poor woman in court then come to find out the girl had cancer (not sure if it was stomach, uterine or her bowels) I know they had extremely limited knowledge (not much more today) however my point is she wasn't much of a liberating queen.

Such a different era. Hard to judge by modern standards.
The late Queen Elizabeth, became the longest reigning queen; usurping Queen Victoria's reign.
Selfish person unlike her husband Albert who cared about poverty & the poor. Her eldest son & heir Edward Also cared for the working classes when he became king in 1901 upon his Mothers death.
How do you know Victoria didn't care about these matters?
Crossed the “solent”? What?

She was never known for over-indulging in alcohol.
The more I learn about Victoria, the more I realize what a horribly selfish person she was.
Her childhood was not happy.
Saintly queen?😂 Horrific? She was another royal who lived her life the way she wanted no pity for her.
Horrific is a massive exaggersyion
I have a love/hate relationship towards Victoria. I honor her service and steadfastness. However I feel she could have done so much for females
I don't think so! She didn't even believe women should have the vote.🤣🤣🤣🤣
Pain relief during childbirth!! . Was her.

What a strange lady as it turns out she was a narcissist
