Seriously, It's *ALWAYS* been Dope or Nope at it's heart, whatever 'format' it seemed like it had. We love every era and embracing all the eras that made the channel great, gives us a treat.

Honestly, shout out to Bailey. I feel like I remember seeing her first appearance in a video on dope or nope where she was at least in a significantly smaller role, and now she’s an integral and iconic part of the show. She deserves it, she’s great.
Bailey is making this nearly as fun as your normal stuff. Keep her involved and I think you've got something special here.

i genuinely didn’t realize how much i missed this format. don’t get me wrong, i love and will miss the group setting, but this is a classic matthias video and it warms my heart.
I love the awkwardness of bailey. Like it’s not at all bad and it’s genuinely funny. Keep her around and make room for guests. I’ve been a long time fan and your videos helped me out more than you’d know, thank you Matt!

Honestly I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed watching this "old style". I feel it does hommage to the orginal flow of the show while being respectful to the lost presence who is greatly missed. ❤👍

Not going to lie I love this format. This was the format when I found this channel years ago. I go back to when Brian was the one who found products.
We're all going to miss the Tan Man, but this feels like a more nostalgic and still equally hilarious Dope or Nope. I loved seeing more of Bailey again as well!

I do enjoy the original Matthias style, it will be fun to see it again, but the trio style Dope or Nope has become something of beauty. I missed this format soooo much! My favorite era of your channel was all the videos in this style. It's so much cozier and makes you feel more a part of it rather than an observer.
It's a good idea though to use the other set still occasionally and have guests on, so as to have the best of both worlds-- I know there's still people that would miss it badly like I did this format while it was gone.
I would love to see Woods trying to do a video format like this, like his quirks & personality I feel like would be amazing with these kind of videos.

I am SO HYPED for this old format! Haven't laughed this much for ages, my ribs hurt! Matts energy and humour really shines here, I missed it so much. Also, I heard that Vince 'crazy eyes' from the infomercials is in jail 🤣
This was a good episode and reminded of the old times, but man- it is wildly different without the group atmosphere we all became used to with the hilarious back and forth with the 3 of you. (Even back to Michael!). I’m glad you’re trying to get back to your roots and can’t wait to see what works with the channel moving forward.
Dude, feels like old times great stuff! I think a combo with you and Bailey would also be cool, since it already kind of is and you could just do a weekend special with Bailey and Woods.
I will say I was a little nervous myself when I found out Tanner was leaving and the videos were going to change a bit but I LOVED this video. I really missed this format and it felt so nostalgic!!! Also, with you mentioning that there might be some special guests coming on we might get an opportunity to meet more people in the office!! Anyways, loved this video and love you guys. This was really funny all throughout the video. Normally laugh at a joke here or there (still a lot) in the guest format, but the edits in between matt and these infomercials is just constant humor. Thank you!
Okay these 2000s videos are touching on some serious childhood memories for me. It's weird to see Matt up close again but I do enjoy it. Also sad boi hours because no pillow pets😢 (I remember that commercial and I had a unicorn one named "princess sparkle bubble gum" still miss it sometimes)

I love all of u guys together and obviously this channel has grown through a lot since I started back on just the Matthias videos before it was a bigger brand but I just love the old format of just Matt being back for a little becuz it’s not only nostalgic but it’s bringing me back to why I fell in love with the channel in the first place and just how even more charismatic Matt can be when he’s not feeding off of other ppl. I love u guys, thank u for still continuing to make videos and thank u for caring and trying to make it fun for all of us with this
I honestly never thought it would Tanner who left the channel, I figured he would be the one to carry on Dope or Nope when Matt decided he wanted to do something new. But so is life, as unexpected changes affect not only those who make changes but the people around them. All I can say to Matt is enjoy what you had and enjoy/embrace what good things will come from change.
I started watching when Matt was using this format and have enjoyed the many iterations of Dope or Nope (with Brian, Gunner, Sam, Tanner, Michael, Pat and Woods) and look forward to seeing what comes next. Great episode that hit that nostalgic feeling.

As someone who has been here since it was just Matt the first time, I must say I haven’t laughed this hard at a video in a long time. While I will miss woods and tanner and the crew, I do love this new/old setup, it gives off a lot of nostalgia and I like it, keep up the great work Matt.

I love that the Matthias format is back! Reminds me of when I would just binge watch the originals ones like all day lol. The new style just didn’t do it for me personally so I stopped watching, but I will always watch this
