Hi,
Thanks so much for your beautiful informations. Inwanted to ask with the percentages of the recipes, do we convert your recipe to ounces or grams of the ingredients?
You're welcome! 💕 You can convert in either grams or oz. Just know the total you want to make and divide each % by that number. ☺️

How important is cetearyl alcohol is in a body lotion and Cetus alcohol
Is it the same and is it necessary in a diy product?
In DIY skincare products, the choice to include these ingredients depends on your specific formulation and goals. They are not always necessary, but they can improve the texture and feel of the product. If you want to create a thicker, more stable lotion, they can be very beneficial.
How

@@bettergrowth_ do you have another link for wholesale to buy, and do you have any other substitutes plz thanks
Hi. What is lotion pro? I am watching from South Africa & i dont have that ingredient here.
What can I use as a substitute? Thank you so much
You mentioned a substitute. Thank you
Lotionpro is a self-emulsifying, acid-stable emulsifier blend. For alternatives I would use Glyceryl Stearate (or) PEG-100 Stearate.
the substitute of lotion pro do you know that dont selll it in the netherlands
Lotion pro is a emulsifier blend which includes glyceryl stearate and polyoxyethylene stearate (PEG-100 stearate). See if either of those is available. It's a 50/50 blend.
Can stearic acid be used in place of cetearyl alcohol?
Yes, but it stearic acid is thicker so you may have to lower the percentage.
Is distilled water compulsory,Or is there something I can use instead of distilled water?
No it's not strictly compulsory when making body lotion, but it is recommended because it is free of minerals and impurities that could potentially affect the quality of your lotion!
If you don't have distilled water, you can use filtered or purified water instead. Boiling tap water for several minutes and allowing it to cool can also help remove impurities, although this method may not be as effective as using distilled water.

Is the lotion pro the preservative?
@@bettergrowth_ is liquid germall plus a type of water base preservative
No vitamin E added?
Vitamin E is really for anhydrous formulas, not hydrous. Preservative is enough here.
