A tornado crossed my driving path one day, and I was stuck surrounded by branches, so it crossed right over me. Fortunately, it was barely an F1 or I would've been in trouble. Still freaky seeing that thing coming across a grassy field and knowing I'm stuck.
I'm so sorry for what happened to these people 😥🙏. I can relate l went through many tornadoes and hurricanes being l was born and raised in Florida and lost everything but my life when Charley, Jenny and Francis hit us. And got flooded with Hurricane IAN. I'm just thankful to be alive. God Bless you all you can rebuild but you can't replace your life stay strong.

I just hope everyone is insured and can be rebuilt quickly. Everyone needs to help their neighbors recover their belongings and pick up their properties. You can't wait for the government and other help to get there to do it for you. So sorry for those that were lost in these storms, praying they didn't suffer long.
My prayers go out for ALL effected by this tragic weather. I’m in Georgia and we got some very frightening tornadoes here. Just one town down from us a train was derailed and a 5 year old boy was killed when a tree fell on the car he and his parent was in and last I heard his parent was as in critical condition. Mother Nature can certainly be vicious and the fall out is absolutely heartbreaking 🙏🏻

Tornadoes form only over flat or hilly lands, and need enough of a cold/hot air mix. So basically everything east of Denver, CO all the way to the eastern states but not near the coasts. Usually no farther north than S. Dakota, and I don’t think any further south than TX.
Used to be a more common occurrence in southern and midwestern states but with the way the climate is screwed these days it’ll probably be happening any and every where more often now.

Mother nature is throwing everything at us this winter. Tornadoes in the south, rains and flooding in the west, and freezing temperatures in the east.
