I'm an ex employee of Ajmal. They have the best work culture. It felt like home working there. I still have the bond with the brand. May Ajmal become most loved brand 🎉🎉
As an Assamese, so proud to watch him on your channel. He should be an inspiration for the youth of Assam. Assamese youth and parents should really learn something from him. Specially those who fall in love with Grade III exams crazily, deeply, madly and wasting their valuable times. Assamese people need to change their mindset that educated people never do business, they should do government jobs. Some may prefer to do a job in private sector just for earning seven thousands rupees per month, but still find it shameful to start a business. Some people may love to waste their time by doing fangiri for Zubeen Garg and saying joi zubeen da.. and these kind of people should learn something from him..Not all people are same, some exceptions are always there! Every person may have something good and something bad, we should take the good from them and learn to apply it in our lives!
Ajmal family is my neighbors in Assam. The family is quite hard working and very much effortful in their field of work. They provide education sectors like 30+ schools and colleges and much more. Some of them are free to educate. I also working in a special sector of education for last 3 years. Bonding between them is much descent and loving. Love you Ajmal family. And mostly Badruddin Ajmal CSR cum chief of Ajmal Foundation of Hojai, Assam. 🙏🙏🩷🩷

I am in awe of this man ....what an educated, modest and eloquent man ✨👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Kamya thank you for making me meet the world without moving an inch on mine 😃❤
Such a down to earth person and don't pretend to be different from normal people and very routed with family and country and don't try to speak in foreign Ascentthats make him so special and on top
It's really a very good company My father had worked there for all most 20years .. when the company was growing It was my father's first and last job 👍
Very good point mentioned was about how the business is protected from family disputes. I had no idea Ajmal was so big. I will buy Ajmal next time when I am in Mumbai or Dubai
Strange to know he has a business CEO Coach.. Wonderful person to know his success or inheritance has not gone to his head but mature thinking allows him to know the need to learn from others too. Thanks Curly for the interview.
Amazing @Kamya for always bringing up unique a content. It might seem all same from outside but in every interview there is so much to learn from people & their experiences.. 👌👍
Ajmal fragrances are really good and long lasting and never cause sneezing, skin allergies or breathing issues. Health friendly and pocket friendly product. Was inspired to watch their interview as I am a fan of their product.
I always use ajmal perfumes, Ajmal Tempest ,Ajmal Aurum, Ajmal Silver Shade, Ajmal shine, Ajmal super Royal Afghano, these are some of the best budget ajmal perfumes so far.😊
I am working for Landmark in Dubai, they also have Family Office which includes asset allocation planning, structuring, product selection, investment execution, risk management, and reporting. Wealth Structuring & Succession - creating and managing wealth holdings structures for the family.
After watching this video I visited Ajmal boutique at a local mall in Mumbai. I found most of their perfumes too weak and too uninspiring. For example they are known for oud and oud based fragrances and attars. I sampled a few. But they are far far removed (in terms of intensity) from the Kannauj attars my father used to get in the 80s. I remember when my father used to open one of his bottles, the scent would fill the entire room and sitting a few feet away we would tell which attar he was using. They need to work on this. I did not buy anything. Maybe I might visit again at leisure and maybe they have something that changes my mind.
Madam, please make a video about AL RASASI perfumes also , how healthily they are competing with other brands, it will be an interesting video to watch, I hope you will not disappoint your viewers.
Ajmal stopped looking beyond it tried this that and the other but in the end back to Ajmal. Piece of advice stick with the tried and tested packaging shouldnt affect Quality
