Lovely review!
I did want to say something regarding the absence of Data Structures and Algorithm content. While not present in the Foundations course, lessons on that material do appear in other courses offered by The Odin Project. And all of those courses are free as well 🎉
Thanks! And totally agree)
I don’t have any problem with the absence of dsa on odin as the course is about full stack development. If anyone wants to learn this topic, they could pick up a course or book that is dedicated to dsa
Being overwhlmed is the core of developers life.
How isn't your channel more popular??! The video quality is awesome! You deserve way more attention
Million thanks!

Hi daniel, im someone whos going to shortly start learning from the odin project. I've heard some people recommend going up to a certain part (seems to be the react section) within the java path and then switching to full stack open. what do you think about this?
What did you end up doing?
Content is amazing. I hope this channel gets the recognition it deserves. 🙂
Thank you!
I just read this comment and subscribed. Was this intentional?

The discord link doesn't work
The one thing I do not like about The Odin Project is that there's no video options in the courses. I'm someone who learns well from video.
truth. That's why it's not perfect.
This review was amazing
Thank you!
and Ruby on Rails or Node ?
hm... if you ask about demand potential i think node js is much more perspective
I'd vote node, feel like it's becoming more popular, especially here in the UK
I'm just learning the html basics, but I think node is going to be the way to go for me
Now I think they should add a Bun section 😂
Should I do it along with Jonas's udemy course or just this
I'm going to review Udemy courses soon
nice video!
thanks!
I picked between this, Udemy and Zero to Mastery.
I chose Zero to Mastery, but hear that Odin is great.
I did ZTM course, I would not recommend it to anybody to be honest. And the final full stack project is shit!
Can you tell me the time it will take to complete Odin project approximately
I'd say 6 or 7 months, if that long. Do about 2-3 lessons a day and spend 2-3 days on each project. Skip Ruby on Rails altogether.
@@bhutchin1996why skip RoR?
@@bhutchin1996Thanks
@@bhutchin1996 I plan to start TOP. Can I ask why to skip RoR?
4,5! for free?! that's really impressive. I did some of the odin project years before. and I really like it.
