I have been watching your videos for a while, and I have not seen a bad or boring one. Keep up the great work. God-bless and happy New Year to you and your family
I remember this neighborhood. No room to work and nowhere to put anything. Now you have to move a full tank of oil to do the clean up. Oh well, happy new year anyway!
Ha, I remember watching another removal video of yours in this Neighborhood. I guess you get lots of repeat business, and word goes around that you do good work!
The horizontal tank you installed looked a way better option than the vertical one next door. A couple of bushes in front of that and you would never know it was there from the street. Its below the window sill too, so not blocking any sightlines out of the property.
Hey Brian, thank you for posting and catching up on your videos. I enjoy your content, hard work, honesty, and your crew. My algorithm brought me over from Victory Outdoor Services, whom I watch religiously. I’ve worked in construction (ready mix driver 39 years). Keep em coming!! CONCRETES ORDERED!! Happy New Years to you, your family, Korey, and all on your team
Red Shirt Friday, Remember Everyone Deployed. Terrible utility line and tank placement. Hopefully, Mikey has an epi pen if he gets hit by a bee. Got to love the cable company with wires just under the grass, less than 2"". Same at my house. Was the hole at the bottom of the tank directly under a tank access where the tank was sticked for level oil ?
Removing that tank was certainly difficult. The water, electrical and sewer markouts were so close to the tank that excavating around it was almost impossible. Finding the unmarked cables added some excitement to the job. Doing a remediation will very likely require soil removal around those lines. That will be tough, but your team certainly can make it happen.
This job is a great candidate for a truck that has a high pressure water hose to break up the dirt and a vacuum truck to suck up the resulting mud, to do the oil extraction. This to avoid damaging all of the lines and wires in the ground.
🎆Happy New Year 🍻 to you and the crew, and everyone else. Would a hydro-excavator rig be appropriate for a remediation job tangled in utility lines, or would that just make a mess and a giant stink cloud?
Nice, just last season you bought a load. you do better selling tanks than YT and I can't figure out why you don't have more subscribers, for me its not all about the tanks, mostly seeing some of the places. And I like the old man.
I like the fact that you put the caulking on the underground connections however consider doing this instead. Get an electrical heat shrink tubing that fits over the nuts on the flair fitting union and heat shrink it. This will be much faster, cleaner, and probably better in the long run. Nobody likes to waste caulking so you probably waste time regularly trying to get the tube flowing again and it just makes a mess. The shrink wrap will take up very little space in the trailer and it will speed up your process. Keep up the great work and informing homeowners about the risk of keeping their underground ticking timebombs to the environment and pocketbooks.
Happy New Year! I have been curious about all the sand and loam that’s next to your building. I’m wondering if you own all of that or does it just conveniently happen to be next to your lot of land and you pay for it as you need?
yeah, 20+ years and the rest is a crap shoot, depending on the soil and how it was installed. You never really know., Some tanks might go 40 - 50 years or more..... and are still out there!
@rupe53 you said some tanks go 40-50 yrs.. were you referring to how long they can last before leaking or were you saying that the leak can stick around for 40-50 yrs? We have two tanks but haven't used them for 22 years. Drained completely. Wish we were in your service area. If you know of a good company in Lancaster pa we would appreciate a recommendation. Thanks.
@@patrickstahle9528 Talking about how long some tanks last, although you can't predict that in advance. I was in that business at one time but long retired... from everything now. BTW, anyone can dig up a tank, but there may be paperwork if there was a leak.... and tank disposal may also be a pain because they need to be cleaned. I was doing it back before regulations were so strict.
Prices of things have sky rocketed here in Canada twice since covd , your lucky to be able to get any tanks , When Trump gets in prices will go higher no free trade . good thing you got the tanks .
Hey just want to see great video but I have a suggestion next time you guys put those tanks in the ground did you ever think about putting concrete on the bottom and putting gravel so they won't get eaten up because we all know metal is not good underground and then in case the whole tank like a tomb and then you have your two pipes sticking out
this is a shotty condo complex from the 70s each condo has a tank , they all leak you can not put them underground anymore. the HOA should sue to have them ALL replaced the tanks look like shit in front of the buildings.
I have been watching your videos for a while, and I have not seen a bad or boring one. Keep up the great work. God-bless and happy New Year to you and your family

It’s a business next door. Super convenient.
@ Thank you!
The TARIFFS are going to affect you and your customers.
Oh the cleanup is going to be a NAIL BITER.
How long do owners have to do the remediation work?
Cheers from Oz
happy new years
Why doesn't this area have natural gas? Nearly everywhere in Colorado does so no need for these tanks. I'm sure a reason exists kinda curious
I would say that hole was the largest so far I've seen in you videos over the years, What is the largest hole you dug up ?
How long do underground oil leaks take to break down on their own? I read 20-30 yrs.

Let’s hope not…i hope it all talk..from Trump
Tough situation with insurance and tight space for work.🙏
What a mess you had to work around.
Talk about confined spaces......yuck! That remediation....PASS!!!!!!!!
The real fork attachment works way better...

Mario you can hardly walk on level ground without huffing and puffing like the Big Bad Wolf. Let those young boys run the shovel.
