6:11 I was shocked to find out that Ubuyashiki was only 23 years old! 🤣 I expected him to be at least 40 or something. I thought his daughters were like 12 or 13, but they were only 8, which means he had them when he was 15.
Ubuyashiki blow up the mansion because he didn't want Musan to get the pleasure of killing him. The two daughters being there was to make it so Musan wouldn't suspect the explosions coming. Plus, the two daughters agreed to be there at the end with their father and mother.
Not all his children were there, there should at least be a dark haired one we weren't shown in this episode that we saw in earlier appearances (Final Selection and also when Tanjiro met Ubuyashiki for the first time who was at the time being assisted by two of his children). The wife and kids there refused to leave to let Ubuyashiki die alone, and their being present helped trick Muzan into thinking his victory would be complete and underestimate Ubuyashiki.

Perhaps, they dared to stay because they thought that if there were too few people left in the mansion, Muzan would find out that it was a trap. Still, it was heartbreaking that Kagaya, Amane, and the sisters were all hit by a large number of makibishis at the same time the bomb went off. Incidentally, the "New Year's counting song" that the sisters sang while playing with paper balloons has 12 verses, and the 12th verse says, "We will perform the twelve Kagura dances and offer them to the New Year god." It's like a Hinolami Kagura. I'll miss seeing you calming down with the title music. I will miss seeing you taking a deep breath to the title music.
The thing with Muzan is that he's so full of himself, which is his huge weakness. He's so egotistical and arrogant that he never considered how far Ubayashiki was willing to go just to bring him down.
He did not ask for his kids and wife to be there. It was their wish to be there during their father's last moment. It just ended up playing into the plan of making Muzan lower his guard down. I mean you wont expect someone righteous to do something that would put his loved ones at risk. Which is exactly where Ubuyashiki got him. But yes, it wasn't his idea to sacrifice them, they insisted on it.

Muzan walked into the trap because he knows he can't die so any trap they throw he can take it. So he was the one who setup the real trap by traping all the demon slayer in the castle
if u really wanna know the reason why zenitsu was acting strong and actually training for once is because in demon slayer if a person teaches u a breathing and then one of that person becomes a demon then the trainer must die and that bird gave him the letter telling him this and that kaigaku became a demon and then zenitsu didnt fear the demons anymore
The next arc will show why gyomei and sanemi are my favourites❤😭, that fight will break the internet, can't wait to see it, i'll not going to say much more😅.
The Infinity Castle arcs will be over in 3 movies part 1/2/3.
