Foreign language can be learned given time. Unfortunately, at the moment Herlene does not have the time to learn fully the English language because so many commitments. Pageantry of one that occupy her time at the moment. And for her, because of her family etc. she has to try hard to face the challenge.. Time comes she will be fluent in the English language specially if Patrick will help/teach Herlene to be fluent at it because they will constantly USE the English language. Learning English is a matter of using it all the time. The environment plays a very important role in developing this skill..
