3. Avoid fast food and spicy food, eat less salt.
4. Drink adequate water.
5. Eat Jaggery, dalchini, honey
6. Don't run from responsibility
7. Donate red masor daal, watermelon, red sweet on Sunday.
B. Astrological
1. Water the sun. (From copper utensil, sun rays should reflect from the water while watering)
2. While watering chant Gayatri mantra 27x.
3. Stay in sunlight for atleast 20 min
4. Om ghirni namah 108 times
5. Aditya hriday stotra
6. Wear 14 mukhi Rudraksh on Sunday
7. Wear copper ring on Sunday in ring finger

I have a question, at the time of sun rise approx between 6 - 7 am you told us that one should chant jayatri mantra 27 times then sit in the light of sun for 20 minutes with continuously chanting Om grani suryay namah 108 times. Is it possible to do all this in between 6 - 7 am duration time, because that is the only time in which sun rise is in red colour.

लेकिन अगर सूर्य कमजोर होगा तो वो व्यक्ती वही करेंगा जो उसे सूर्य karvayega , वो किसीं की बात नही sunega क्योकी सूर्य उसे सही मार्ग नही dikhlayega. कोई और को ही उसके लिये karana पडेगा, वो व्यक्ती कुछ भी नही करेंगा. अगर उसने आपने जो kaha वो किया तो usaka सूर्य पहिलेसे ही मजबूत होगा.
