Hi - we are going in a month and using my parent’s timeshare. There wasn’t an option for oceanfront, but my mom called them and they said all owners of timeshare get oceanfront. Can you validate this? Maybe because it’s their “home” location?
Thanks for watching! My understanding is that the resort has an approximate distribution of 40% ocean view, 40% ocean front and 20% street view rooms. I don't think it is true that timeshare owners always get oceanfront. I think it has more to do with the unit type you have reserve. If you want a 100% chance for ocean front, those would be either a 2 bedroom lock off (not the deluxe) or a 3 bedroom deluxe. There are rooms that are 100% city view though. Those are 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom deluxe and 2 bedroom deluxe. Do you know if you are staying on a Worldmark or a Club Wyndham stay? Or was it through RCI? I do beleive that if there is a patio door off the master bedroom, then it would be considered a lock off. It looks like there may be a 2 bedroom deluxe lock off and a 2 bedroom lock off. Both look like they have ocean front views. It is the non lock off 2 bedroom deluxe that just has city/non oceanfront views.
There is a garage located across the street, but is it paid parking. You might want to contact the resort to see what they say about parking for multiple vehicles.

What's the average salary or above average for timeshare sales and in mgmt at selling timeshare and 4 star resorts and villas condo like fractional ownership sales
I don't really know exactly what they make, but a good sales rep likely earns six figures. Managers are probably making mid six figure salaries. Entry level is probably much less.

@@mommamorris3 Yeah, probably best to call and ask. I know some resorts we stay at allow for more vehicles when you book a larger unit.
