I loved it when Noah looked down at the Gone with the Wind plates and when he looked back up he remarked how the wind was blowing on him from the fan. 😆 I know it wasn't deliberate but I just found it funny.
@@kw2756 Benny and Joon! True, though he has a better voice. That's one experience he won't get through home school is theatre. And theater loves all kinds of kids!
The silver item Noah was looking at that had a handle is a CELTIC Pewter Baby Porringer. sold one before is why I recognized it. Love the videos with Noah.
What an estate sale. I loved the solid pink Franciscan set of dishes. The tea pots were amazing. If I were there I would have paid the $125 to use those dishes. So beautiful!
My parents and grandparents were antique dealers. My mom had so many beautiful antique decoys mostly bought in the 60's and early 70's. My parents sold out to a local flea market every week. My mom had a decoy guy that always bought her decoys. Well a few years ago, I was talking to a guy all of these years later at the same flea market who's dad used to buy decoys from my moms decoys buyer! Omg! A small world!!! How exciting! My parents must have sold a few hundred. Of course they are worth alot more now! She had geese and just gorgeous decoys! Another thing I have to tell you! The woman my mom got some of her decoys from (also a close friend) had a brother that was written about in magazines about being one of the greatest decoys carvers in the state! He was even written up in Hobby magazine many years ago! I think that is to cool! Anyway, had to tell you this story! My parents had 4 women where they went to their houses to buy antiques. I remember beautiful leaded lamps and even a beautiful chandelier. There was so much stuff my parents couldn't buy it all! Us kids waited in the car for hours waiting for them to come out of the sellers houses! Enjoy your channel!!!
The decoys…yep, I sold 3 last year. My best one was a full-size, authentic hand carved & painted one, made out of cork with a keel…it was signed and dated, with location….the whole bit…yes, it was made to be used or just made authentically. It was done by a Maryland decoy artist, and I live in Maryland and “waterways” and all the things that go with that are big here in Maryland. I knew I could risk bidding, but I started at like $95. I paid $6 or $7 for it…well under $10. I sold it for $152 plus shipping! I was so thrilled. I sold another one that I owned 😊from a long time ago. It was a “Ducks Unlimited” branded one by a fairly well-known artist. Some “Ducks Unlimited” decoys do very well and some not so great. It all depends on the artist, the size, type, detail and condition. I think I got like $50 or $60 for that. The other one was hand-carved and it may have been signed, but it wasn’t as nice as the other two, plus I think there was a hairline crack in it. I think I may have paid $3 for it and got $25 plus shipping…I think. The kind of high-profit flips that I got for the first decoy are rare, for me, at least…and I’m part-time and just got lucky. When people read about these big finds and think “why don’t I ever get that lucky?” they need to remember that these kind of big profit flips are pretty much the exception rather than the rule. But when you come across them and resell for good money, it’s such a kick.👍
This home had beautiful collections. I was surprised that the trinket boxes and plush dog were not worth more! Hello Noah always nice to see you, really enjoy the Noah Cam 🎥
Wow Danni Noah looks just like you and so does Jordan! They both have your nose and eyes and they are really good kids! You look very proud of them. 💕💕
Noah a really great cookbook that has everything from baking, roasting chicken, turkey, roast beef, pork roast, veggies, soups, bread, you name it, it's in there. It also does conversations ( how many cups in a quart, how many tbsp in 1 cup, etc, as well as if you are out of an ingredient what can and can't be exchanged (butter and margarine for instance) That is an oven thermometer. It hangs on one of the oven racks. Over time ovens don't work as well at maintaining their heat. The oven thermometer helps you to adjust accordingly.
50%Off!Half price is twice as nice!!!! I love that they honored the collections by keeping the sets together ❤ I've missed you Noah, welcome back! Maybe, if the turtles sell low in the auction you could afford to hire a mover to deliver.
I used to flip out in the San Francisco Music Box Company stores in large malls. They made such beautiful and adorable music boxes! But they were very pricey.
I absolutely loved that nativity set! I would have had to buy it:). What an epic estate sale, I saw so many beautiful things, including the train case purses in the closet. Wow, just wow! Thanks for sharing! Edit- I think the strawberry piece you looked at was actually a cherry piece 😉(maybe in person it looked differently though)
Wowza. What fancy stuff in that estate sale! Danni, from seeing your car, I got interested in looking into the model for me. But I end up getting something else similar to the Kia Soul. I end up getting the jeep renegade trailhawk and I love it so far. It's always nice to see Noah joining you on the shopping adventure.
The little box you thought was a inkwell, was for stamps..😊That estate sale had so many amazing treasures! Wow,there were some beautiful things..and the turtles were gorgeous..🥰
When I lived in California many moons ago, I worked at UCLA. There was a bullocks department store right near it. I loved that store but I don’t think it’s there anymore.
Danni, you and Snazzy make a great team! You guys have a special bond that’s so nice to see. ❤ I recently sold a Franciscan Desert Rose deviled egg platter for $30. I’m doing the math. That entire lot of Desert Rose was an excellent price and at half off! Great estate sale! 😻
Super video and watching you two together is awesome! The mother son bond is so special. Noah, you just make me happy. ( Danni - if success is measured by parenting - you are a gold medalist mom! - 3 incredible kind, hardworking, compassionate kids. )
I’m speculating that the difference in construction of the drawers in the highboy has to something do with the curved front of the upper drawers and the veneer.
Danni! I love going shopping with you. I was looking so forward to meeting you in Vegas and talking to you, unfortunately I can't make it with my beastie Val this year. But for sure next year. I've started my channel now need some videos. You are a huge inspiration!! And Noah, what a sweetheart.
I believe that I could have gone crazy at this Estate Sale. They had fabulous items. BTW at the 13:40 mark, the silver dish that Noah was looking at is a Porringer. It was and is still used as a food bowl for babies. Also, any soft food or soup. I couldn't see what it was made of but some can fetch a nice price. Good eye Noah. NOAH, that telescope was a Bushnell. That is an excellent brand and would bring you and the girls hours of enjoyment.
Hola Danni & Noah aka Snazzy ..... ooooh those rose dish set was gorgeous as were the Erte. the fish & swirl paper weights are awesome, the little Cinderella coach i waaaant lol th ...THAT house had tons of good stuff.
OMG I collected vintage purses and the perfume bottles, would have bought all glad I was not there..🤣🤣🤣🤣oh and Wayfair has the turtles for a $150 you could have them delivered..just an idea
Good lord above who needs that many sets of dishes!!!! Just thinking about washing them makes my head spin. Great quality items. Fun shopping trip with your #1 partner in crime.
Danni, someone may have put you straight already. The one handled metal dishes are not change trays they are wine tasting cups. Shallow so that the wine quickly aerates or breathes to get best effect. With 2 handles they are quaiches or Scottish wedding cups.
I Love that you take Noah with you, Only You Need to Give him a little trust in what he finds as a Vintage Item. He really finds cool stuff that you're not Seeing. Like at the yard sale yesterday; OMG necklaces! Trust the Man he has a Good Eye 👁️. Love you Guys keep up the good work 👍 the East coast Lady ECL 🐝 🐝 SAFE OUT THERE 🐝
Really nice estate sale!! Good thing you didn’t have a truck….some of that furniture might have been going home with you!!😂 The set of Desert Rose was soooo nice!! Loved it!!
I appreciate knowledge you convey to your followers about what you are seeing! It helps when I am "out in the wild" searching for treasures. I would love to see Noah focus on the things he may know about - as opposed to just describing what we are already seeing!
Danni that German shepherd from FAO Schwartz is worth more than 20-25 dollars as FAO Schwartz has been out of business for a while. Beautiful things. I love how you get the camera close so we can really see. Lots of love from Diane in upstate New York
I'm sorry that you couldn't get the tortoise sculptures, but, remember, you have the cool live versions, Danni!! Thanks for taking us along on that cool estate sale. I would be spending way too much $$$!Hey, Noah, good to see you. You're such a humorous, fun guy! Glad to see that! Congrats, Danny, on the sokn-ti-be new business!! Hope it's not too far from your house!

Wow I’ve never seen so many dish sets in one home, beautiful!
You haven't been to my home. We have family sets of dishes, plus our own.

The vintage telephone music box, awesome! The facial expressions on Noah, priceless!!
The Lisette Train Case purses were pretty to see. Beautiful home!
I noticed those immediately, too. They were gorgeous! I would have had to buy one!

The cookbook talks? The word is conversions not conversations. Sorry just had to correct.

Great items! The Rose dishes was a wedding gift given to my sister by her mother inlaw 49 yrs ago.
The trinket box table at the estate sale was awesome. That pink set!! 😍
Bullocks went out of business in 1995.
My Mother loved that store when we lived in Southern California.
One of the best department stores in the West. They were in Arizona, too. Would shop there on our way from New Mexico to Callifornia.

Agreed. It was awesome.
Don't worry Dani about the tortises, you have the real thing in your yard already :)
Wow that was a fabulous estate sale!💕💕
Those tall Franciscan pots are for coffee. There was a teapot a little further down. “Short and squat,” tea. Tall and slender, coffee.

But for sure next year. I've started my channel now need some videos. You are a huge inspiration!! And Noah, what a sweetheart.
The bedroom furniture I believe would be a tenon and dowel and dovetail construction.
I love watching you go to estate sales everything in that house was beautiful and I injoy watching Noah cam too.

The Long brass box I believe is for stamps
Dannie, I believe the gold box is a stamp box, for storing all the different stamp denominations.
BEDROOM FURNITURE, peg wooded. We had a big barn in PA. Not one nail. Put a hole in wood and use wood peg to hold it .
Good lord above who needs that many sets of dishes!!!! Just thinking about washing them makes my head spin. Great quality items. Fun shopping trip with your #1 partner in crime.
A different set of dishes for every season or occasion, I love it! 😊💗
Do you wash your entire set of dishes after every meal? I only wash dirty dishes.
That sale is too expensive even at 50% off!
Danni, someone may have put you straight already. The one handled metal dishes are not change trays they are wine tasting cups. Shallow so that the wine quickly aerates or breathes to get best effect. With 2 handles they are quaiches or Scottish wedding cups.
Maybe it's stamp holder for different prices or different countrys
All those melody in motion figures...oh my
hand painted Turkish painting in lovely frame.
I love the music sets.
The goldfish look like they could be koi fish.
IMHO, the prices were high for an estate sale, but you found some decent buys. 🎉
Danni on the furniture the top drawers weren’t dove tailed because of the curved fronts! It near impossible to line up if it were dovetailed!
Love the green blanket
Really enjoyed Noah's supplemental commentary.. Cheers Danni and Noah!
Dani. You do such a good job raising your family. It's nice to see.
Carole Little was one of my favorite designers in the early 90’s 🥰
I felt for you Dani when you had to leave the turtles behind.

When are you opening up the store?
just a heads up.. that dresser had a box joint, not dove tail 🙂
Beautiful pool Noah
Yes we need Noah on camera. He is so much fun.
So Sweet Noah so thoughtful of his Mom he knew she would love turtles 💞😍
