He is proof positive! So impressed with him and the way he explains his history and how he decided to take ownership of his life and health journey.
Food is medicine and so many do not have access to real food and so many don’t understand the importance of real food.
    Please keep spreading your message!

Brilliant interview. I knew intuitively that genes can be switched in and off by food !

I know your podcast is primarily for women but I stumbled across this video and now I am going through your episodes. I love all of the content so far as I have been looking for more of a holistic point of view for health. For too long I was told to just take the pill and move on but I finally have started to realize that this is not the answer.

What a great comment too! The making our own food at home. I always say to my husband that our meals are so yum and nutritious compared to a lot of the stuff we have eating out xx

Absolutely priceless info. Yes gene expression from food and the calorie info is full of crap on labelling. We literally have to take everything into our own hands 😊and know all this stuff. I get so much inflammation from anything with rapeseed in. And it’s in everything. It’s unavoidable 😮 .

While I love a America, we are a culture of pleasure and indulgence. We have no limit on anything and so here we are sick.

Repetition of examples already given by other speakers.....take twins who are identical ? Also always....hunters 😢and gatherers ?
