I built a computer a couple weeks ago with the same motherboard cpu and graphics card. The case I went with is the Fractal Design torrent and the cpu cooler is the Corsair iCUE h150i elite. I also have 96gb of 8400mhz RAM. I’ve been LOVING every minute I get to spend gaming in 4k max settings on literally any game with well over 150fps!

I had to save up money and do 12hour shifts for 3 years at the factory i was working to afford to build a similar build ( ryzen 7800x3d + rtx 4090 msi suprim + 64fb ram + and tons of rbg for extra fps , builded it entirely for gaming ) all i can say is its really beautiful and so far am not getting tired of looking at it and playing in 4k after switching from 1080p !

Please do not do this at home. Always remove the plastic wrapping before you turn it on, doing so while turned on may create a static charge which potentially will fry your computer. Also another piece of advice, always allow MOBO's and CPU's etc time to get to room temperature, even though these items come well sealed, but I have had things delivered that feel like a block of ice, ice is water and water and electric do not mix, so give it a day or so if you can.
You guys can get a prebuilt with the 4090 and a i9 13 gen for only 3200 hundred. The electricity usage isn’t bad at all when watching YT videos sitting at an average of 140 watts. For a week I’m spending 1-2 bucks tops.
