Did you check to see if they replaced the engine coolant pipe? I replaced mine to metal after seeing Viktor’s video before it got deleted. He mentioned that it can cause catastrophic engine failure if the rubber breaks.

You will be able to install it in any position, but normally the thick end is goes to the bottom of the blade (if you look at it with the wipers in the up position). This prevents it from flying out due to centrifugal force acting on it as it wipes in a circular motion.

Been watching all these videos but my 2010 has different wiper. It says push on it but I can’t get it off. Any suggestions?
It must be an aftermarket one. The factory refills will not fit, you would have to buy either complete Toyota blades or aftermarket blades.
