You can deduct 1 inches from all the measurements used.
Remember, the standard for neckline is 3 by 3, however, you can be creative about it depending on the measurements at hand.

@@Cint_clothiers for the back you will also use the same width for each side of the neckline, meaning the back neckline will also have different measurements on both sides to accommodate the front design.

It’s best to follow the neckline rule, i.e, a neckline shouldn’t be wide and deep at the same time.
Nevertheless, there’s Contouring techniques to use so as to avoid gapping..
