Stage presence is often so hard to describe, but when I look at Taeyong i just KNOW. A good example is in the chorus 0:55 onward, how everyone moves their neck and head while doing the dance. Some members just look straight forward and dont move it at all, some give it a bit more bounce, and then Taeyong really integrates his head with the dance move. He bows it forward to give impact to the beat, he looks to the side to follow his arm movement, he shakes it to emphasize the cross shape being made. It's effortless for him
I also wanna add that Jaehyun is actually the second-best in head movements, compared to Mark, Jungwoo or Yuta. He's underrated as a dancer. At 1:13 Taeyong and Jaehyun are the only ones making the movement "doll-like" which is great because it adds to the meaning of the song Simon Says about being controlled and manipulated. Imo Taeyong is without a doubt at another level, he expresses the dance besides just doing the moves. Jaehyun shows potential but doesnt have the ability to express what he wants fully.
im a new nctzen and wld just like to add on here for this part 1:06 when I was trying to learn the choreo and set the speed to 0.5 it's noticeable that Taeyongs footwork were more accurate than the rest, it's even more crazy the fact that he's also moving backward while doing it.

Say it louder sist! To everyone please *stop comparing them. Like there are 3 main dancers* in NCT: Ten TY Jisung, and all of them *deserve* that spot. They've their own style and shining on their own way. *No argument needed* but people nowadays really under-appreciating and mocking TY cause "getting bored; too many screentime; bla bla", please stop. We (as a fans) didn't know what happened behind the performance aspects (skill, improvement, technical, who suits the most, etc etc) so can we just appreciate it instead of whining and demanding? TY being a center and main dancer for a reason, esp in SM. Yup SM, one of the biggest agency. He literally carried out the biggest responsibility being a center and leader, never ending practice to prevent mistakes. All of the members always support him and pity him cause he has too many things to be handle. Can we just appreciate all of the members equally, *without downgrading* them?
