SAME!! Haha... How did it go!? My biggest concern is I am no good at being still... Can you really get up and walk around if needed for a little bit and then return to your seat?
We rode Amtrack from Tampa, Fl to Washington DC. Must say our trip home to Tampa was wonderful!! We upgrade to Roomett. Ms. Williams in D C was GREAT! OUR ROOM WAS WONDERFUL! Thank you Ray for taking care of us and To Matthew in the dunning car you are the best! Wonderful time on Amtrack! Will do this again.💖

Seems trains in the states are sketch. That thing was filthy. I got spoiled in Europe and Asia. Always spotless always on time.

the beautiful thing about trains is you can bring your own booze. I dont drink anymore myself, but when I did, I straight up brought a 5th of gentleman jack in my carry on and was drinking on it the entire ride lol.
Just like traveling by plane.
Only difference u not confined to your seat the entire time you can get off to get some fresh air at certain stops and the views change every second your not staring at the sky try stepping out for fresh air at 30,000 feet

Horrible ride. Me and husband did not sleep. Beds hard and very narrow. Never again
