I'm from St Louis and they did a show where the band was on a different flight and were delayed
They did the show Acapella and had the place quiet trying to listen to the purity of their voices. I've never witnessed anything like that before or after.

Awesome group great song. I remember hearing it in Detroit at Trains house # 2. Any of you Detroiters in the 70's know about it age group 19-21. That's were came to on the week end. Hosted by WCHB DJ Terry "the rock jock" Woods. Thanks for that brother good memories are a beautiful thing and keep us young at heart.

The Dramatics,one of the great Detroit groups of the seventies and eighties.You should listen to I get carried away and Oceans of thoughts and Dreams.
This was the jam we played back in the day when the crew (the neighborhood friends), got together. We all knew the words and we sang them.
Their outfits were fabulous 🤩 I always wanted bell-bottoms to come back in style, closest we got was boot-leg jeans

I saw the Dramatics about 4 times and each they were excellent. Equal too the Temptations.
I watched Soul Train every Saturday morning as a child and teenager for the music and to watch and imitate the dance moves. It lasted 35 years. Don Cornelius a great host.

Dont really like this one....wish you had done "Whatcha See Is Whatcha Get" performance on Soul Train....i do think you reacted to the audio version of that song already tho.....not feeling this one but always love seeing those old performance videos of the artists in their prime.....so kudos for that.....i hope you do more of these performance videos....remember Soul Train featured almost all of the hottest acts for decades so especially when you do late 60s to mid 80s reactions always type Soul Train along with artist and its almost certain you will find a performance video of those artists on that show.....great reaction
