Yes it would be awesome for us fans to have a whole cast meet and greet at some convention or another, but we all agree that her happiness is more important than our nostalgia.
One thing that probably contributed a lot for the actors to have no idea that Resident Evil is a thing that they are related to, is that when they filmed their scenes, in Japan, it was called BioHazard, and eventually they moved out of Japan, as their career didn't explode, and when they heard anything "Resident Evil" they never thought it was the same franchise
In all fairness, it wasn't a waste or failure. I wasn't aware of her current well-being, and now I am. Just glad to hear she's doing well, and you're right, she doesn't owe anyone anything. Best wishes to her, and thanks for this update on her. 🍻

For that reason alone, we should respect their wishes. I wish her peace with her life.
Respect. To be perfectly frank, I wish more people were like Inezh ... as in 99.999% of people.
It's a shame that she chose to back out of the interview and not join the rest of the cast in the interview that they did, but it's nice to know that she's alive and well.
Extremely beautiful woman I hope she's doing ok and sounds like she is
Look at this wholesome RE community, nothing but love and respect for Inezh decision to stay anonymous and away from the source. Yes it would be awesome for us fans to have a whole cast meet and greet at some convention or another, but we all agree that her happiness is more important than our nostalgia.
Rebecca still looking hot!
I like this direction of going more in details about certain parts, plots, or characters of the game. GG.
2 of the best resident evil characters, Jill Valentine and Leon Kennedy. Debate with your momma if you disagree.
Hope both can be featured in Re9
Barry is in top 3 for sure. He was such a badass in Revelations 2, he needs to come back.
@@JoakimOtamaa. As a personal taste yes, I imagine he is in your top 3.
But overall, I very much doubt it.
In all fairness, it wasn't a waste or failure. I wasn't aware of her current well-being, and now I am.
Just glad to hear she's doing well, and you're right, she doesn't owe anyone anything. Best wishes to her, and thanks for this update on her. 🍻
Inezh's silence is for the best. Just think of the expectations that come on minor celebrities when they come into the spotlight. Not to mention the egos that can come out (think Troll 2/George Hardy). I don't blame her for living a simple life.
I love that you admit you're obsessed as well, it's not just me.
This was a really nice respectful tribute to one of the first loves of our lives.
Good on you......
Inezh looks better than 99% of today's actresses.
Youre just not looking in the right areas.
Inez: *auditions for an acting job in some obscure indie game and forgets about it forever*
The internet: “This woman is a goddess and we must use FBI/MI5 level reconnaissance to find her”
We should respect her decision.
nope.
I respect you for respecting her wishes. Well done 👏
I'm glad you got to interview the OG. Keep up the good work, drinker. 🎉
I remember Justin Whang reporting on people finding Inezh, a few years back.
The real long con - Develop a youtube channel of over 2 million subscribers over a decade in order to network enough to stalk a childhood crush.
the crushiest of childhood crushes.....
Sounds like you got a screenplay there! Cast Kevin Bacon in the lead.
Drinker thanks for taking this challenge on, you are right the journey did not end the way it could have but at least you confirmed she's alive, presumably well, and actually existed. At least we can take solace that her likeness continued to be used as a template for other designs of Jill in the rest of the games. Thanks for sharing and most of all being a mature adult about it to know when to fold them.
I miss the still camera and never got into the modern versions.
The resident evil 2 remake has a fixed camera mod
@@deandre6559Same with og RE4.
I'm just shit with tank controls but these types of games are always a pleasure to watch someone talented to play.
Thanks Drinker. Glad she is doing well and wish her nothing but the best in life.
It always bothered me that her appearance was completely changed in later games.
Awesome.. Resident Evil 1 holds a special place in my heart and I was always fascinated by its FMV and the voice performers. I've always wanted to see a "cast reunion" and news about this scratches that itch. I will have to look deeper into this, but it picked up from here.
Thx
Nice video, time to respect Jills decision & privacy.👁☣️🎮☘️
wrong
Would you reach out to Suzi (Sphere Hunter) ?? Massive R.E fan on TH-cam?.. A sweetheart. I'd love to hear you two converse ..
It's enough to know she's still alive and okay. Thank you for trying. I can just admire her from afar as I always did. Sometimes it's better to enjoy the memory.
Thanks for the OG Director's Cut FMV
Sad to hear. But it's good to hear she's doing fine.
Maybe she'll come across this video and think, "hey this Drinker guy seems like a nice bloke, I'll grant him a short interview."
no. this guy sucks
@@gunsrtheanswer do you have a problem with sucking ??
she could be avoiding someone that she is scared of. Like an ex toxic boyfriend that she fears. Some people don't want to be seen because it allows their past to haunt them.
1:15 Pretty much how I didn't know of this channel
Makes sense that Inezh wanted to live a normal and peaceful life. Glad that she's doing fine, and that's all we wanted to know about her. You did good drinker.
The man, the myth, the drinker.....found the legendary woman who brought to life one of the best female video game heroes that inspired a lot of generations of young boys and old men....only for her to back down and reject any kind of contact.
You know what, that might be for the best. They do say "Never meet your heroes", and I think this applies to old video game crushes as well 🤣
Jokes aside though, I am glad she's safe at least.
Wait.. that voice, the snark, the accent; hold my green herb he has a channel about gaming?! I’ve literally been watching his other channel for like two years and didn’t know! Aww man I need to check my inventory cause I’m obviously picking up to much of that green herb. Dang 😅
Jill Valentine was always my number 1 RE waifu.
Well done, Mr Drinker. It's enough closure for me. Thank you for your efforts m'boy
What I wouldn't give to sit with the Drinker and talk Resident Evil. Especially considering I'm in a band called The Masters of Unlocking.
Okey that name sounds too awesome. You have any music on YT? I've been a drummer for 18 years.
@@JoakimOtamaa Yes indeed. Just search The Masters of Unlocking band. We'll pop up. :)
@@JoakimOtamaa Yeah, just search the band name on here and we'll pop up. :)
Nice job, always great to see people be left alone when asked!
Inezh, Catherine Disher, and Julia Voth are my Jill Valentine
Happy that Inez is doing well. That's enough for me. Thank you Critical Drinker 👍
