I literally just did my hair yesterday and dumped a ton of grease in it LOL. I'm probably too heavy handed with the grease but it really works. I can't help myself.

I'll prefer it for a deep conditioning treatment (it's not conditioner but I know you get the gist) if you're high porosity but a prepoo ...MOST times if you're low porosity because of we're avoiding product build up BUT other than that using it as a treatment post-1st shampoo is good for both porosity types❤️❤️
