i don't think i ever want to leave this place, my mom wants to move but I have no idea why since pretty much every other community around us is pretty crappy. She wants us to live in a house, but honestly i'd rather live here than in a house. And if anything that just means more time taking care of the house than enjoying other things.
My husband and I have been looking at this place to possibly move to (from So Cal)it’s definitely gorgeous. Has so much going for it but I can’t deny that when I watch this video I just see so much that will burn in the next fires😒😞 There’s just SO much that can burn😩
You won't worry much about fires in EDH. It's too suburban. You have to go further up the hill. Look at El Dorado Hills fire history, gives the whole story. Homes have been there for 50+ years unscarred.

The filming was a very poor job. I nearly got sick from watching the camera film from side to side so quickly.
