Yes! I try to wait at least an hour, but sometimes I get impatient 😅, but definitely dry between layers!

Sort of! You have to dip it in the paint and then wipe off the excess on a paper towel

Putting it in hot water, and pulling them apart for the most part! Some stubborn pieces I used an x-acto knife to help cut it
