Went through a similar experience earlier this year...actually abandoned our first try and came back a few days later, and still had to wait to be given a tour. Not a problem as I was on vacation then but not ideal if you are on a tight time schedule.

This is ridiculous. It should be much easier to buy. Why is it so difficult to find a sales person. They don't want to sell or what? It feels like they need real sales agents. They actually need a real sales team that is actively selling the properties.
Thanks for the comment. Just to be fair, I have to mention that I have not called their office in advance and just done a “walk-in”. Though for such big project, well visible from main highway, walk-in clients should not be a surprise and probably they wasted some real clients…

I have always wanted to invest in Kenya but don't know how to open a bank account from here or even how to know which are the best areas for example for families with small children to live and also best areas to set up let's a travel stop with a gas station.
