Forsure Guyanese are the most hospitable people. Good that your Father-in-Law is taking back many memories of Guyana back to New York ..... one of them being the Demerara Harbour Bridge. I was one of the Surveyors who worked in establishing the boundaries of the bridge at the Peters Hall end. I did mention before in one of your earlier videos .... so, your Father In Law did remind me of that episode in my life also. Thanks and Cheers from Ontario, Canada.

There was a time when GY welcome everyone from all parts of the Caribbean without chasing them out . We were rejected by the others , when life started to change for us. But the great Liden F Sampson B had said in one of his speech that GY would be the good basket of the Caribbean. And it will be so , so let us continue to be hospitable and treat each other with love and respect. We are nice people 👍🏾
Hi ard I love watching all your videos them, I'm planning to go back home to my beloved guyana next year, I really miss a lot of things there, the food the snack, most of all I miss my friends and the seawall, I've been away from my beloved guyana for over twenty years, i don't know if my friends still live in durban Street wortmanville, but planning to go back there next year, I watch one of your video when you say you gonna try to run for a seat in the Parliament in 2025, look I've watched all your videos them, all those good things that you and your family are doing in all these videos is not acting all the good deeds that you and your family are doing by helping and giving food to those people and children in need, look you running for a seat in the Parliament will be fantastic, guyana is already moving forward, yes every country has crime, but if guyana could try and stop having crime, they will be more tourist going to guyana and spend money, that means every guyanese people who are selling something is going to make extra money, the only guyanese president that really gives his guyanese people a life and a living, is the one and only cheddi jagan, even the airport is in his name, that president give his life to the guyanese people, after he pass away, the rest of the president only care about them self,

I can relate 2019 my two sister and one of my neice visited with me for that Christmas and when they all left its was sad for me because it was the first time we were together in 32 years my older sister lives in Virginia and my twin she came from Trinidad

Actually tradition is whenever any elderly person like father mother uncle aunt grand parents visits us and they leave back to their home they give all kids whether small or big some cash. This is happening since ages here in India too. We say this money are their blessings and we must keep them all and don't spend. It will help us in our bad times. This is still prevailing their and I was expecting this. Especially close relatives they do like mama mami chacha chachi poowah mausi aaja aaji nana nani.
