You can search for books or from beginner to a more advanced level (better if it's the same brand, if you can't afford them you can also try to look for pdf files of them) also, try to involve yourself with the language, listen to podcast or TV reality shows, try to speak it with native people (idk if Tandem has that option but you can try)
