Best part of this luxury SUV. It’s reliable according to Consumer reports. The stigma GM doesn’t make some reliable Products is a lie. They routinely make it to over 300,000 miles. And that’s why GM didn’t try to change all the mechanics. It’s tried and true. Unlike Ford and Dodge they weren’t trying to fix what ain’t broken and will break down the line

Just because a simple product like this with absolutely old engine tech is reliable doesn't absolve GM of all the junk it has made over the years. Visit any GM service department, they still make unreliable vehicles in spades. Just because something can make it 300K miles means it's durable, doesn't tell what it took to get it there either. What you're describing is durability, it's a truck based SUV so yeah it should be durable to go the long haul. An old pushrod V8 is the oldest engine tech going, should be reliable. Now when can make something new that is that reliable, then they'll have something.

They make these highest trims of the Tahoe, Yukon, and Escalade all very similar so you can choose the branding you want. Alot of people want and can afford the premium options but don't want the stigma of an Escalade or maybe even a Yukon. So you can get a great optioned machine in any look. I like the look of the Yukon Denali the best of the 3 though.

I bought this truck with supercruise last week and there was a 7k charge over msrp. There was only one here in Florida so I was stuck with that. USA $99,000 plus the $7,000 over msrp. But I drove this and the Escalade and they both ride the same, the only difference I noticed is the Escalade has augmented reality which is pretty nice. But they want 25-30k over msrp for the Escalades and it’s just not worth that for a push button in the back truck and AR technology.

I'm ordering one of these Yukon XL denali ultimates from the dealer (including supercruise). The 1st dealer that I went to said that they would be selling it for several thousand dollars over MSRP/invoice. That was my preferred dealership. But, to be price competitive, I went to a different dealership. They told me they will not charge me anything over invoice. I got it from them in writing, along with the PDF build/feature specs and pricing I was ordering. Went back to the 1st dealer. Suddenly they wanted to do business with me without going over invoice. Going over MSRP is just dealer greed. It is not something that comes from the factory.

Have the engine problems been fixed in the 2023 Tahoe and Yukon? Many of the 2021 and 2022 models have problems with their engines, especially in the Arab Gulf countries.

Touching this price I’d consider so many others.
If they made it in a 3/4 ton chassis it would be awesome.
Not spending this much so the wife can go to Whole Foods. Lol

Do we know the wade depth of the Yukon? And is it different from the AT4? I’m only asking because it’s been raining like crazy recently and I see cars not surviving flooded roads.

      BUT
      -it’s a mid size SUV
-whereas the Yukon Denali is a full size one. Meaning more space
