Thank you for an outstanding video it brought back many fond memories of staying at Wynn/Encore with my family. In my opinion they are hands down bar none the most beautiful hotels on the Strip but you're correct in the staff is what truly sets them apart. I stay at the Wynn or Encore a few times each year. The buffet is on the higher end of a buffet, but it's still just a buffet. Given the quality of the other restaurants on property, skip the buffet. Go to Terrace Pointe Cafe (order the croissant french toast) or Le Jardin for breakfast, and hit Lakeside (seafood), SW Steakhouse (awesome steaks), Mizumi (Japanese) or Sinatra (super italian food) for dinner.
